Strategic Plan Update

On Thursday April 12th, members of the OMTRA Board met to review the Strategic Plan developed in 2012 and to prepare a new Strategic Plan to guide the Association for the next four years. As President of the Association, I am pleased to share the 2018-2020 OMTRA Strategic Plan with the membership. The immediate areas of focus for the Association are:

• Explore feasibility of technology based education and training initiatives
• Prepare a continuity plan for the Board
• Develop a strategy for improved member communications
• Update the municipal tax sale guide
• Expand on-line capability to access and share information
• Complete the update of MTAP
• Establish a priority list of webinars of benefit to our members

On behalf of the board, I look forward to carrying out the activities to align with the Strategic Plan and making OMTRA the best it can be. I have included below OMTRA’s Mission, Objectives and Values.
