Tips and Tricks for Navigating the Assessment Appeal Process

 
In an attempt to continue to educate and inform our members of the changes with the Assessment Appeal Process a document has been developed by OMTRA's Legislative Committee as a tool to assist municipalities with the ARB Rules process by sharing our experiences.   As the changes to the Appeal Process continue to evolve the document is a "living document", and we anticipate it will updated, corrected and/or expanded a number of times over the coming months as we get further into the new processes.  Please ensure that you watch for updates as key content may change. 

This document will form a portion of the “Conversations that Connect” session at the OMTRA Conference in September.  Please come prepared to share your thoughts and experiences.
