NOTICE OF THE 53rd
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - 2020
NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the ONTARIO MUNICIPAL TAX AND REVENUE ASSOCIATION (OMTRA) will be held via Zoom on Tuesday September 15, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. for the following purposes:
- Confirming the Minutes of the 52nd Annual General Meeting held Tuesday September 11, 2019
- To receive the Annual Reports of the Board of Directors for the 2019/2020 term.
- To receive the financial statements and Annual Report of the Treasurer of the Association for the financial year ended December 31, 2019.
- To appoint a firm of auditors for the fiscal year 2020.
- To ratify the election of the Directors of the Corporation for the 2020-2021 term.
- To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.
