Pam August, Former Director, Culture Activation at WestJet
Visionary, purpose-driven leaders recognize that there is untapped potential in their organizations. When this potential is left unrealized, it can lead to misalignment between an organization’s brand promise (external experience) and culture (internal experience). Through her high-energy keynotes, Pam August helps leaders and their teams unlock this potential to see transformational results. She equips audiences with practical strategies to help activate potential, at home and work, for greater performance and impact

Hugh links these lessons to research, corporate case studies and management theory to create a unique and entertaining view of how to dream – and achieve – new goals.

Conference Charity
This year, our chosen charity is “Street Help Homeless Centre of Windsor”. OMTRA is continuing our tradition of making a donation to a local charity in lieu of speaker gifts.
“Street Help Homeless Centre of Windsor” is a homeless drop-in centre operated by and for the homeless. At Street Help, their mission is to provide sanctuary from the streets where the homeless will be given the dignity to provide to themselves and to others the services they require. Street Help is a leader, providing improvements to the lives of Windsor’s community members most in need, making their community a model of giving, understanding, and inclusiveness. They pride themselves in the daily contribution to individual and community well-being. They believe that by sharing common values, they can increase the opportunity of each individual in the community.
